Provider Relations

Provider relations staff helps facilitate relationships between referring local and regional physicians and medical staff physicians at Le Bonheur, ensuring timely communication and collaboration. Provider relations representatives provide clinical care resources, help resolve service issues, and offer convenient Continuing Medical Education events for providers. Some of the ways we help include:

• Collaboration with providers and office staff in finding solutions for difficult pediatric referrals
• Communication of your compliments and concerns to the relevant Administrative team within Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital
• Connecting you with CME opportunities in your facility or through our scheduled conferences
• Partnering with your organization to better serve your pediatric patients and their families
• Introducing you to new services and new physicians by making personal visits to your facility
• Serving as your link to Le Bonheur
