Need information on one of your patients at Le Bonheur Children's, but don't know where to start? Now there is a dedicated staff to answer your questions at the Le Bonheur Referral and Resource Center (LRRC).
The hours for the LRRC are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The LRRC is your one-stop-shop for all your patient information needs including the following:
- Referrals
- Diagnostic test results
- Connection with physician or house staff
- General information on your patients
Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center welcomes referrals from physicians in the Mid-South and across the United States.
PACES Online Referral Form
Patient Access to Care and Excellent Service (PACES) is a service offered to referring physicians provided by the LRRC. Physician offices can submit online physician information, patient data, insurance and treatment. After we receive your request, the LRRC will contact you by phone and fax an appointment confirmation to your office in 48 hours or less.

Le Bonheur Children’s Transfer Center creates a centralized process for direct patient admissions, transports and transfers. The Transfer Center facilitates and expedites the inpatient and emergency admission process to Le Bonheur Children’s. Medical personnel staff the center 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week to answer your call.
When a referring hospital or physician calls the line, the following information must be provided to Le Bonheur Children’s:
• Referring facility contact number
• Caller name
• City and state
• Referring physician’s name
• Patient name, age and weight
Once the information is obtained, the transfer center dispatcher will connect the referring party to Le Bonheur Children’s receiving physician or chief resident who will request clinical information and discuss patient transportation options.
Referring physicians should be prepared to provide:
• Current vital signs
• Airway status
• Circulatory status
• Neurological status
• Patient history
After the patient has been transferred, the referring physician may call the Transfer Center to obtain follow-up information.
