This course will provide education about the appropriate recognition and treatment of child physical abuse specifically in Memphis and the surrounding areas. Appropriate recognition of abuse is vital as it can often prevent additional abuse and potential escalation, and medical providers and investigators are often the first contact for children who have been abused.
