Foreign Language Assistance
Le Bonheur Children's Hospital provides free aids and services to Limited English Proficient (LEP) patients and caregivers interpreting services for medical treatment and care at no charge.
For LEP patients and caregivers, we provide dual-handset phones for ease of communication with providers.
All patients have access to interpretation services 24/7 at no personal cost to them. If you need assistance, please inform your care team.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Sign language and oral interpreters, and other auxiliary aids and services are available free of charge to patients, family members and/or companions who are deaf or hard of hearing.
