- Grow the infusion center to ensure timely access to treatments
- Implement an anesthesia strategy that improves efficiency, optimizes the workforce and enhances sedation services
- Evolve the primary care network with clinic standards and care models across all locations
- Improve revenue cycle processes and charge capture
