NICU Nursing

NICU Nurses

Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital has the only Level IV NICU in the region.

Our soon-to-open 72-bed NICU cares for the smallest, most complex babies – with average stays of three months to a year or more. Our NICU also includes a small baby unit.

Our NICU is a collaborative and inclusive team that works together to help improve the lives of each patient that enters the NICU.

"Everyone on our team is compassionate, and we work together to provide the highest level of care."

Megan Henderson, NICU Nurse for 3 years
